No-nonsense warranty

If your SKIL tool isn’t working properly, we make it easy for you to get it repaired or replaced. Our no-nonsense warranty means:

  • No need to share personal data
  • No quibbles
5 year warranty on brushless tools
Our brushless tools are more powerful and more efficient than comparable tools powered by brushed motors. They wear more slowly too, as no friction is generated in the motor. We are so confident of the high quality of our brushless tools that we give a standard 5 year warranty (1 year for professional or similar use).
Standard 3 year warranty on SKIL tools
You enjoy a standard 3 year warranty (1 year for professional or similar use). That means we repair or replace your tool free of charge during the warranty term in the event of a manufacturing and material fault.
Battery warranty
We give you a standard 6 month warranty on our batteries. That increases to 2 years for our ActivCell™ batteries and a full 3 years for Keep Cool™ batteries. For professional or similar use, all batteries come with a 6 month warranty.
